New concept opinions needed

New concept:
Name to be chosen, something nation, Kingdom jadajada.
Type of goverment: Hereditary Monarchy with a chosen Head of state and a senate.
Ruler: Head of state and senate.
Election: Every three(?) months, or when a new leader is required
Elections:
With this new concept I want to create a guild which is ruled by democratic ways, every three months there will be an election. Whoever runs for office can let the nation know and comes with his points why he should be elected. Whoever gets elected will rule over Lordaeron for a period of three months, until the next election and if the current head of state wins again he will rule for another three years.
Reasons to vote for someone can vary from change the laws to reclaiming lands or even go to war to win the people over. Or do you go for the peaceful way and try to win more allies for Lordaeron by diplomatic ways to give the people a land without war. Its up to whoever joins the elections and for the people of Lordaeron to decide.
The senate:
The senate consist out of five chairs, one for the head of state and four for the remaining parties who participated in the elections. Every seat holds a certain responsibility for the nation. These seats are, Military, Education, Welfare and Foreign Affairs. Seats are divided by share of votes in the elections. For instance when the winner of the elections has 60% of the votes he can fill two seats in the senate and ofcourse the head of state. The two other remaining seats go to the other who were in the elections.

The idea to this is to create a guild which works as above, this should give the guild a new direction whenever a new ruler comes to claim the head of state. It will also get some nice stories going and competition within the guild for the senate spots, whoever has the best ideas can get them to action within the guild.
Anyway hope to hear from the community if this would be accepted on the realm and how you feel about the whole idea.

1) Nobody "rules" Lordaeron because nobody cares to. However, if I had to pick someone that does, I think you'll find Sylvanas would be mighty peeved with this.
2) What sort of monarchy replaces it's head of state every 3 months?
Anyway. To be fair, I think this idea (with some work) would actually be okay/entertaining if it could be implemented anywhere in-game. Unfortunately, this would be a case of community constructed lore going horribly over the top.

Already doing that in TTH, with the exception of replacing the leader every once in a while. So it isn't new, but try it out though.

Thanks for the points, my feedback on your points:
1. Although im in TLA it isnt for Lordaeron, or atleast not for the moment.
2. The Dutch, the English, they are still monarchies with ruling done by the parlement / senate. The 3 months (or longer not yet set in stone) is there to have it put to use on a frequent base, if we would do 4 years or even yearly the whole effect will be gone. And a year is long in World of Warcraft

We (the remaining monarchies of the world) don't replace our monarch every 3 months, since a monarch rules by divine right and not by the will of the people like a democratic head of state does.
Because of this, we actually don't allow our monarch to rule anything at all. You'd have to employ a powerless monarch in your concept for it to be both a democracy and monarchy.

In that case, the monarch seems pointless. The only reason we have them around atm IRL is because of tradition. If a new democratic nation was to emerge now, employing a powerless monarch would be a very -very- pointless thing to do as he has no function and is basically just a money-sponge.

Correct and thats how we will threat the monarch of the said Kingdom when we would implend the above concept. The monarch will remain on his throne but the people will be taking control with a chosen senate and a head of state.

Yes, but unless you're seizing control of an existing kingdom, why would you even make a monarch in the first place?
