[A] Golden Goose Troubadours

Whilst perambulating the various dank alleys, crowded streets and musty bars of Stormwind, you encounter a poster, colourful and flamboyant. Or maybe you didn't. The posters are so overwhelmed by the city's bustling life you barely notice them. It's merely a congestion in the cathedral square that leads your shoulder to brush up against one of the posters, and make them fall at your feet. The poster is frankly an eyesore, the pinks and greens waking up some of the parts of your eye that were quite happy to stay put until you rest them. Intrigued by the sudden wake up call, you inspect further. It reads:



"Golden Goose Troubadours

Bored by your ordinary, lifeless day?
Want to have fun, whilst you're getting paid?
How about getting involved in a play!
Join the Golden Geese! Don't Delay!

We're a band of actors, poets, magicians, and bards!
Not the creative type? It's fine! You're a bodyguard!
You could be a clown, editor, actor in our band of merry men!
Fancy writing the plays we perform? You can put paper to pen!

But you don't need me to tell you what we're all in all about
Just contact Kwerty Clutzcog, go on, give him a shout!"

The rest of the poster is ruined with people having defaced it madly, 'definately NOTs' everywhere.

Well, as some of you may know there was a guild named 'The Travelling Thespians' around. Essentially, it's the same thing. Ofcourse it's still the same Guild owner (Me) but I decided 'Travelling' wasn't going to be in the agenda, with so few hotspots around Defias and even fewer non-combat related.

Why Golden Geese? Well, In my meditation to come up with a guild name I couldn't pass up on the chance of being able to call the guildies, "geese".

Basically, We perform. I'm hoping, if this guild takes off, that we'd be able to have a wide range of performers such as Magicians, Bards, Poets, Actors, etc.

Of course, a wide portion of our RP will be based on events From you guys. So don't hesitate to contact us if you'll think we'll provide a decent atmosphere to your event.

I'm sure to have missed something out so if you notice something you want clarified, contact Clutzcog ingame or via this thread.

Also, this reminds me of Baldur's Gate 2 Shadows of Amn. With Raelis Shai's theatre troupe. What were they called again....crows...ravens? I forget.

They were all refered to as "my birds" or something. Been a long time.

On a slightly less jokey side; the idea i find to be fantastic, but it is getting to me a little that your never online. I want to run with this and create events such as play's etc and have members of the RP community come and act in them. So will you please...fer the love o' th' titans...come online for once!

Clutzcog = Cadaemus. Try his alt now and then. He has some others too but is less active on them, if I'm correct. Be patient..

Sorry about this. I've been EVERYWHERE the past few days. Therefore my activeness on my guild has suffered. I'll be on more for now.
