And this one... Gronn variant?

It does seem like the Gronn will be more and more rock-based the further back we go (like the giants of Azeroth, starting out made of Stone, then later developing into the entirely-flesh Storm Giants), which implies a Titan connection, just like I hoped there wouldn't be.

I dunno, is it just me who thinks "The Titans/Old Gods did it" shouldn't be the origin story for everything in the Warcraft universe?

Why do they keep using humans to show armor sets, everything looks horrible on them (as if some of those armor sets weren't ugly already)

These don't look like carved stone or the likes though, more like the rocks just decided they wanted in on the whole "life"-thing, and got up and started devouring lesser beings.

Edit: And the first one is Hulk.

2nd edit: Runes, rocks. Could the orcs have made these by crazy shamanism?

Don't really like the Rogue set, just "Let's do big ass shoulders!" and stap on some glow things for some reason, becouse. The chest, legs, boots and helmet let's say I could get behind in some way but i just find it ugly.

You're right about that. However. It's Blizzard. So Sanara is more likely the one who's right.

Lovely... *is now looking at Ashran items you can loot*
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Blood Elf Ear, Draenei Tail, Dwarf Spine, Forsaken Brains (ha), Goblin Nose, Human Bone Chip, Orc Tooth, Pandaren Hide, Severed Night Elf Head, Tauren Hoof, Troll Feet, Tuft of Gnome Hair, Worgen Snout... definitely going the whole savage route here aren't we?

Wonder what the other Ashran class weapons will be and do. Priests get to fly for 30 seconds out of harms way, Hunters get boots that make Disengage have no cooldown, and Paladins get to smack people into the other factions prison... Wait... We get a prison on Ashran to shove the opposite side into?

Oh I can see this holding quite a few RP potentials already this little constant PvP island... yes indeed... Especially given the recent Redridge campaign we had, where both sides managed to get prisoners.

Well the proximity of the Horde and Alliance bases in Talador isn't gonna cause issues now is it -_- And... I think I've found where Zangarmarsh has gone off to... *tilts head a little at the placement* huh... well, dimensional dislocation could be an answer for where it got to in Outland form...

All these items remind me of Alterac Valley's repeatable quests, let's hope they make something like that

"Fort Wrynn"?

For fuck's sake. Can someone please kill Varian already? I don't think I've ever seen a more narcissistic character being the supposed "hero". As if all the statues of himself weren't bad enough... I thought Garrosh was supposed to be the egotistical dictator, but even he only named one thing after himself so far - and his first act was to name Dranosh'ar after someone else who had actually died nobly!

Where's Anduin Lothar's memorial, huh, mister "I'm the Alliance"? WHY WON'T YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE MAN WHO RAISED YOU?!

... Yes. This really bugs me. Ever since Cata.

Edit:

Also, hah! I knew I was right when Vlastaani said Telmor fell off into the Nether. That's really depressing, but I was still right!

The first thing he did in Cata was to create a statue of himself in front of the keep, it was speculated if he created it while the dragon attacked.

I don't think Varian is personally responsible for naming every fortress his soldiers construct.

The fort could just as easily be named after Anduin you know. There is more than one Wrynn.

Ooooohhhh ssiiiicck Shattrath has a harbor!

It would be great if it's a sanctuary like in Outland, but I doubt it. Still! Harbor!

Shattrath is probably going to be an instance hub or questing zone, because it's occupied by the Iron Horde - it's the whole reason the Draenei capital city is Karabor, instead of Shattrath itself.

Actually, even if Shattrath is probably an instance, it still exist "behind" the instance portal. Think about Zul'Farrak, Lost City of Tol'vir, Gundrak. All those instanced zones you are able to get behind the instance portal to a (slightly smaller) space that is identical to the Instance.

Question just remain if you can access the area without a flying mount, without flying mounts least at the start of the Xpack.

But yes, we can probably use it for RP, but it won't be a very friendly town i think. Just look at the damaged parts of the docks. Yep, definitely occupied by the Iron Horde.

The outskirts of Shattrath look like a massive warzone, and the seat of light is covered in a dalaran style purple sphere. There's no empty non-instanced instance area.

At least that's what it looked like in the build my sandbox is running on.

EDIT: Added a quick flythrough of Shattrath. It's a few builds old, but yeah. Anyways.

Yeah that's more fact then theory. They've got underwater schrooms in the sea of Zangar and everything.
