Re: Warlords of Draenor - General Discussion
Except their is Ixirar and then their is you and then their is Heart of the Wild.
Far as i and many other warriors have found it i believe their is no issue with pummel it does exactly what it says on the tin their is no whine threads claiming pummel is bad or bugged or not doing what it should and trust me the warrior forums on many boards would be crying the sky is falling if that were the case as is usually their want.
Duels,Arenas,BG's,W-PvP..pummel has worked in all of these things since vanilla with the exception of arena cus well TBC of course, the only thing that has changed for pummel largely over the years has been the CD nothing more nothing less it is not an issue with pummel but an issue with the player, you are being fake-casted or being too hasty with your pummel or being the victim of slight or large points of lag or you are just missing the correct point to do so entirely.
As for bashing you for your spec i bash it cus what i say is true if you want effective interrupting and pummeling you will want significant pressure to back it up from your Damage as well.
As for speccing well for diffrent class combinations you need to change some talents anyway to work more effectivley for your fight alot of warriors now are speccing into shouts like Piercing Howl for many fights rather than Disrupting shout and they fully rely on the power of pummel to combat casting abilities.
EDIT:- No cock-wiggling here just facts.

The new charge will be absolutely amazing for fighting Mistweaver monks, though.
Disruption shout functions exactly the same as Pummel, only it AOE. If you're only attempting to interrupt 1 player, pummel is better. 1/3 of the CD, same functionality.
If you pummel a spellcast and it doesn't lock the player out, you've either been fake-casted(it's very easy against predictable players. Learning to be unpredictable with your interrupts is one of the hard things in WOW), or you just tried to pummel somebody with an interrupt immunity (Aura Mastery, or one of the equivalent effects from MW monk or priests).
Prot hasn't been viable since they removed vengeance from arenas. I got to 1700 as resto/resto because of HOTW, as before its first nerf it was simply way WAY too strong. I could out DPS most DPS classes for those 40 seconds and neither of us could die. Ever. Because double healer 2s. You can't do the same with a prot warrior, because prot warriors simply don't have the DPS to kill things. The only thing you might win vs. as a prot warr is double melee DPS teams.
Warriors have too many stuns right now. My warrior has charge stun every 12 sec, shockwave every 40 sec and stormbolt every 30 sec. They're toning this down, which is good. And very much in line with the "less CC" approach of WOD. Sure, losing stuns right now is gonna hurt, but in WOD they're designing the game with the intention that you don't need those stuns to kill healers.
I've absolutely no doubt that warriors will be strong come WOD. Consider that every single xpac, warriors have had at least 2 seasons where they were either strong or very OP. I think warrior is one of the classes that has been OP in the most seasons. And aside from S5(Death knights), warriors have been FOTM in the start of every single expansion.

In terms of the hunch on the orcs, I don't mind if they have the hunch persay... just not as exagerated as it seems to be in the models currently. Perhaps a middle ground between Thrall Jesus' shot upright, and the current Alpha hunchback orcs of Notre Draenor would be ideal? Still the distinctive shape, but not as exaggerated.

Orcish none-hunchbacks Warcraft 3
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
As we can see, we'd be hard pressed to find a single hunchbacked orc except the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] unit in warcraft three that represents orcs as having that kvassi hunchback.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The female dwarf actually seems to be represented the most so far, though all of the faces still look pretty much alike on all the races so far. Just going to have to assume they're temporary for the time being and they might get some differing models here and there too, aside from some different textures here and there.
Also, that female gnome's face looks like a serial killer.
Edit: Coming back to the orc hunch real quick, I'm actually shocked to find that there's a whole bunch of threads discussing this subject on several forums, including several on [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. On the one hand, it may be a bit of a silly thing to discuss to -that- much of an extend, though I do think it goes to show that there's plenty more people who care about a more heroic, strong posture rather than a green gorilla.

Re: Warlords of Draenor - General Discussion
I think they really need to fix the shading in the character creator. None of the models look good in that light, in fact they look really fucking creepy.
Nice to see the tower hair on the Gnome Female tho, was wondering how it'd look like. Not as good as I though it'd be.

Don't knock the "Stick with two blades on it". It's a big leap forward for Ogre technology from "Stick with one blade on it", and 200% more bladey than the standard Imperial Ogre infantryman's "stick with another stick on it".

...Well, it's pretty dumb.
WarCraft isn't a parody. Whatever comic relief gets put in, it's just that; Comic relief. A respite from the otherwise serious story.
WarCraft deals with themes of war, genocide, corruption, betrayal and personal tragedy in a way that shows us it does in fact mean to take itself seriously.
Not that parody or comedy is immune to criticism either, internal logic is important to making something feel right as a narrative regardless of the themes and tone. Blackhand being a steampunk cyborg is, in itself, not faulty or illogical, due to obviously being magic as you said. However, this does not mean there doesn't need to be a reason for him to look like he does and have a neck made of lava.
Wait, are you saying the WotLK ending... wasn't a parody ending?

Well, Blackhand isnt the first to have something leathal as part of his body. Look at this flaming guy, for example.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
And thenwe have these two, who basically eats lighning and lets it become part of them.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
And this guy!... This guy... I have no idea how this guy is still breathing...
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
So yeah, a lot of weird body stuff in this game but I think the most important part is: Does it look cool? YES!

In the cases you cited though, there are reasons for them to look the way they do. So far we've had no explanation for Mecha-Blackhand.

Maybe because no information and only a model has been released? Also, there is no explanation "How" Jin'Rokh eats lighting and just he drains it into his body or how the hell Keal'Thas can still stand with that thing in his chest.
