So, I have not been very active in this thread and don't know if this have already been discussed, but for the sake of curiosity I will ask anyway.
How will your character react to Warlods of Draenor, will there be a campaign to Draenor and if so, how will he/she react to being stuck there and what is your characters reason for going there?

Re: Warlords of Draenor - General Discussion
I intend for the Band of the Brave to settle on the new continent as pioneers, exploring and adventuring in the new world permanently. We will establish our own garrison, make use of the new resources for trade, and take on the new threats that the world has to offer. We will make an effort to integrate PvE and PvP content into our role-play when and where we can.
Our main rivals will be the Iron Horde guild [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], with whom we can be at constant odds. I hope a healthy community of local Draenei arises as well, so that together, we can create an active role-playing community on Draenor.
I'm holding off for the WoD beta to get into the details of what the Band of the Brave on Draenor will look like. We still have plenty of time to figure that out.

For anyone with the same concern as me about Ashran, since we're not connected to any larger realms with good numbers, seeing as Defias is the biggest RP-PVP realm:

It's about damn time. It's kind of sad that "catching up to Valve" can often be considered an achievement by other game developers/publishers.
In all seriousness I'm glad it's there now, makes things a damn sight more convenient with Battletag.

Re: Warlords of Draenor - General Discussion
Some changes to Warriors I like, some I don't. The regressive charge-root for instance is one such that I dislike (either pick a shorter CD on charge but get nuked in face while charging, or to stun the target but losing uptime on targets with shorter CDs on their evasive abilities, ex. Blink), while I like that most banners are getting removed (those things were just ridiculous from the start, we had perfectly good shouts that got removed/nerfed because of the dumbass banners). Rootcharge, which can easily be evaded by a number of shapeshifts and teleportationspells... fact is, Warriors won't have much uptime at all with such a dumbass change, we'll be busy sitting rooted as targetpractice (Avatar seemingly isn't immune to roots anymore, could be a bug though).

It's not a bug, it was a change long ago becouse it was too strong when it was immune for it's duration.

Its good that they made a stat squish. I've wanted it since cata. Some changes of the classes (that I play) felt a bit bad but it will be interesting to play.
In overall, I approve!!!

...No more Lightning Bolt running? Awww... And... only Unholy gets the ghoul pet now? Dang it.
Although I do like this very much.
All characters now learn a few important Major Glyphs automatically as they level up.

Re: Warlords of Draenor - General Discussion
Other specs could summon a ghoul for 1 minute i think with some CD it didn't have a pet bar and stuff tho.
Edit:
Also this I bet is gonna make all the rogues swoon

Oh, hah, that's a big oversight, my bad. Yes, Combo Points are 'on the Rogue' now. Could revert based on feedback, but trying.

Symbiosis removed...
...
and--
"Second Wind no longer directly heals the Warrior while active. Instead, Second Wind grants the Warrior 10% Leech while active, which causes the Warrior to heal for 10% of all damage and healing done by the Warrior while active."
YES. YES. YES.

While that's certainly convenient, it does kinda defeat the point of being Combo points, since that implies you're carefully strategizing your attacks to set up for a finishing blow rather than amassing a temporary power boost ala Holy Power.
It's the difference between Batman, taking down his opponents with skill and careful planning, and the Hulk, building up his strength until he's strong enough to smack things in the face until they stop fighting back.
It only bothers me on a stylistic level though, it'll probably work better in practice than the current model, though it doesn't help the feeling of homogenization and simplification that always crops up when Blizz shows off the changes in a new expac.
