It could happen to anyone. Tom was once an upstanding pupil in Dalaran, top grades, good looks, he had it all. Then he became an ARCANOLIC, and so can you.
If it happened to Skarain, it could happen to you!

Dear Mjorga Stouthammer,
It has come to the attention of the Kirin-Tor, and myself as a practicing user of the Arcane arts, that your advert on helping individuals with Arcane addictions and withdrawl may contain information that is false or otherwise misleading.
First and foremost, I would like to clarify if you are indeed in a position to dispense advice and possess the neccesary training to aid individuals in the clutches of such a serious affliction. Please respond with your appropriate qualifications.
Second, we ask that you add a disclaimer that your anecdote on the Dalarani student "Tom" is a work of fiction. Dalarani Academies provide extensive care and treatment for individuals who may be suffering from an onset of negative symptoms as a result of extensive practice, as well as several control techniques - including meditation - to combat withdrawl.
Third, the cases of Skarain and Drustai are not related to this so called notion of "Arcanolics Anonymous". While I cannot provide a discourse on this response, please be aware that it is a matter of Alliance security separate from your claims.
Fourth, you provided a painted illustration of a creature known as a "Wretched". This is a mutation brought about in Sin'dorei and in some isolated cases Quel'dorei, after ingesting gratuitous amounts of Fel magic then being forced to endure periods starved of aformentioned sources. However, your illustration was rather well painted. Please, who was it painted by?
We appreciate your efforts in doing your part to minimalize the dangers of Arcane addiction, but we would appreciate it if - in future - you run your campaigns through your respective Magi authority beforehand.

Warm wishes and salutations.
I hope this letter finds you in good health and fortune! Thank you for your letter, it was a pleasure knowing that the A.A. project has attracted the eyes of such a revered member of the Kirin Tor such as yourself. I am sorry to hear that you have a few qualms with the project; however, I'd be delighted to do my best to address your worries!
Firstly, indeed, I have all the necessary qualifications to counsel and console the arcane afflicted and the arcanolics alike. Naturally, such skills will undoubtedly develop what with my years of philanthropy and charity work. If you are interested, I will be able to train you as well so you too will be better able to spot the arcanolics among the Kirin Tor and also, to be better able to help them as well. Otherwise, please feel free to direct all your students to the Arcanolics Anonymous service and hotline (attached you will find the contact details).
Also, the picture of the Wretched is not a painting! Many people might think so since naturally, not everyone is up to date with the latest advances in the arcane craft and arcane technology: it's understandable. The picture is actually a still-life picturegrab captured by means of a "camera". There are a few published papers on this invention in the Arcane Library of Ironforge. You may perhaps be interested in sharing the findings with your colleagues in the Kirin Tor!
Again, thank you for your support and that of your colleagues in the Kirin Tor. The Arcanolics Anonymous service is a privately funded program (all contributions coming from myself, as part of my continued philanthropy), therefore it is free from the bias and bureaucracy of any Magi authority, therefore ensuring the top quality care that the service provides.
