Spoiler:

This is a chaotic and bloody time for The Horde, Garrosh reigns over the mongrel races with an iron fist and gore-filled grin, the cities are clogged up with the stench of war machines and the sweat of beast and half-men, coin is traded through muddied claws and passed on and between cut throats, champions of war and merchants a like.

The races of The Horde are all bred and born in battle, Blood Elves struggle with addiction and crave the promise of power, Goblins are educated and beaten into shrewd business men with a keen eye for opportunity, even the Tauren often value strength in both conviction and combat prowess over diplomacy and forgiveness, to stand amidst The Orcish City and find your head still comfortably placed on your shoulders is an achievement in itself.

Although the heart of the Horde War machine remains in Durotar, The Faction as a whole spreads it's trade across every settlement, town, city and port.

' You heard about Frizlex Blinggrin? Got himself a dishonoured Blood Knight.. put herself into the arena.. swore the oath or somefin' and now is clawing her way to the top of the ranks? bet he's sleepin' pretty, silk cushions all the mead he ever wanted.. Slimey bastard.. '

Gladiators

Gladiators have spilt each others blood and earn't both redemption and reward for centuries over many different cultures, Thrall found himself bound in chains and forced to kill for the sake of human amusement, Trolls of various tribes would compete amidst each other to appease their primal gods and even Sin'dorei, formerly High Elves would arrange tournament for Squires and Knights to earn fame and glory.

Although the arena business found amidst The Horde is far from honourable, a small population of the gladiator masses openly pledged their lives in hopes of redeeming themselves in glorious victory or a warriors death.

Other Gladiators are simply fodder, copperless and with no home to call their own, these vagabonds are victims of Garrosh's blind fury against the Alliance and many matured orphans find the only way to earn a meal amidst the chaos is by ripping it from someone elses teeth.

Certain races find great pleasure in participating, sometimes it's simply to quell a hunger for combat, or to earn that nice little penny at the end.. but be it a Blood-thirsty Death Knight or a Greedy Sin'dorei Demonoligist not all who walk into the ring do it for redemption or desperation.

Slavers

If you can't do something yourself, pay someone to do it, or better yet.. make them do it for free. Goblins have captured and enslaved bigger and brawnier races for years and most of Kezan's wealth was based on the backs of Trolls and Hob-Goblins, although many more noble members of The Horde consider it a deprived and cruel method, buying and selling ' live stock ' isn't abolished within The Horde and many families from various races have built up a respectable inheritance from it.

Markets

Whether it's a pint of virgin blood or that particular brand of metal you haven't been able to find after the fall of Arthas, the markets littering The Horde cities are renown for being both wondrous and ripe with danger, since the welcoming of The Bilgewater Cartel within The Horde the already rather loose trading
policies have slipped and it isn't difficult to find fel reagents or even ' worse ' items amidst the right crowd of people.
