Two notes are hung right next to the entrance of the basement:

The first reads:

Official warrant!
By the authority of the Stormwind guard we have come to notice that you have a CANNON stashed in your basement and have had numerous complaints about it. Not just recently, in the past aswell. We will be confiscating the cannon, should we not be capable of moving it whole it shall be taken apart without any further consideration for it. The owner is to report to the guards and is expected to bring the suited paperwork.
As a last minute scribble: The owner is apparently mister Remai D'walt. Please come find us mister d'walt. Walts. Waltz?

The second reads on a less official tone: Miss Kittrina Swift/Beaumont(?) you are expected to report to Captain Bronze of the Stormwind Regiment. He can be found at the command center in old town or else a simple letter will suffice to set up a day, time and location that would be suit you. Please do not keep me waiting.
