[Shado-pan] A Proclamation of Neutrality

Finely hand-written copies of this documents have been left at several centers of Alliance and Horde command on Pandaria by unseen Shado-pan agents. The scroll is sealed in an elegant case bearing the mark of the Shado-pan.

A proclamation of neutrality



Leaders of the Horde; leaders of the Alliance:

We are not your enemies.

Nor are we your friends.

The unending duty of the Shado-pan, as it has been for many generations – reaching all the way to the reign of the Last Great Emperor Shaohao the Enlightened – is to protect the Pandaren people from the threats that lurk on both sides of the Wall, inside and outside of Pandaria.

We are the Watchers on the Wall; we are the Sword in the Shadows.

This is a proclamation of our neutrality:
The Shado-pan will take no part in your war.

However, neutrality does not imply passivity.

If you seek to harm the Pandaren people, our swords will find you.

If you attempt to destroy Pandaren property, our swords will find you.

The Pandaren people are innocent of your war.
If our operatives in the field catch you conspiring against the Pandaren people, or planning the destruction of Pandaren property, you will receive a warning.
If our operatives in the field catch you in the act of harming the Pandaren people or Pandaren property, we will be forced to undertake precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the Pandaren citizens.

The Shado-pan remain a strict policy of non-interference in the war between the Horde and the Alliance. It is only when your war threatens to involve the Pandaren people that our agents will interfere to ensure their safety.

DK wise i had some trouble walking the neutral route, then again the shroud was a blue shade of gray. I am sure all will be good
