No. He observes the actions of others from an IC perspective, then writes about it in a way that draws both attention and humor.

It's like in Rome, when they would act out politics with exaggerated masks. You see an example of it in Gladiator, at one point. Except the Voice changes the titles of those characters with a hint of sarcasm, then writes out posters explaining his own view of the events that took place.

The voice has been ever so cunning mr. three names, as the Voice watches all i've mimiced several people's writing styles in some of my posts. Some people do not have styles but some have very obvious styles! The mystery enshrouds.. I believe I Shall work on my next poster..
