The Grand Gazette is the newest promising publication this side of Kalimdor! Centred in Stormwind, it aims to bring stories from all across the Kingdom of Stormwind and beyond. This original post will be updated as we plan our first issue! So stay tuned!

I could perhaps help with a few things, but what exactly is it you're looking for?
I'm not up for composing the newspaper considering my current commitments. But I could design, perhaps, a background and a few basic components so you just have to plug in your text?

I was actually working on this already, but sadly when it was done and ready to put together, people never showed actual interest in writing for it, thread:

And I've made a layout, all I'd need to put it together is images/articles.

Made a sample layout. Any thoughts? Black and white adverts are place-holders for player/guild adverts, all text/screenshots are also just placeholders. Scaled down somewhat as it's jsut for a general preview.

Also, it's shown as spreads here, but can easily be split to single-pages-only.

I am currently working on a series of advertisements for Djego, so if you want the best front man of Azeroth's only Boy band to praise your products from axes to perfumes, this is you time to get it while its still relatively safe!

That's perfect jean! Basically I just really need a template for me to plonk text onto.. If you'd be able to, you'd be an absolute star!

I still need someone to help me make a wee template.. Until Jp gets time, does anyone have skills in that department? Considering the interest, i'll maybe do a two-three page paper instead of just a front page!

*cough* already posted a template, last page? The best way to get this together would be if people can just begin writing, and sending articles/images, tbh, rather than just stating they'd like to. I can typeset and so forth very easily, and it'll produce the best end result. Anei, take a look at it and tell me any changes you'd want (ie; name of the paper, etc) and I can sort em. Also, I know I posted like 6/7 pages but obviously that can be reduced

I wrote something..! And if people think it's a fun idea I'll keep writing and it could go into a paper for all I care. I do love Kitt's paper lay-out

OH! I thought you were just well.. sharing your paper! That's marvelous! I'll get to work. Also, if anyone would like to contribute, let's go for a trial run. If you wish to write regularly for the paper, PM me an article (something topical) or a column, from those i'll get together a crack squad and we'll make this an awesome new paper!

Wowee guys! Amazing stuff so far! If you haven't had a chance to get something PMed i'll pick out a team come Saturday.

I would ask that you have a genuine rp character to put to what you write for the paper. This paper is based in Stormwind but will have foreign contacts, so unless you are a foreign reporter, make sure its a character that lives in Stormwind!
