The Azerothian Autumn has been commenced succesfully!

House Dieudonne is aware of the issues and several supporters have been won.
Lorainne has been told to travel to Redridge to get the support of some Jemerick Kregstone.
The Dreadhowl Pact and others will be spreading the news this week.

The next meeting will be in a week's time, though the date has not yet been set.

I will also soon make a seperate thread for all of this.

So the premise is that the Cata/the seals work in westfall. There might be some challanges as the evebt progresses as well as hopefully some factions formed. So far Tsurana has started a tea house to attract a french style revolutionary faction. I would love to see an anti church movement too.

This can totally tie in with the Archbishop storyline to.

So ideas and thoughts welcome Smile

As for end of famine: some sort of Secret Deal is made with Steamwheedle Cartel for food-supplies. Nobody knows what the Council/Nobles/Kings gave away or waht sort of threats or promises they made to obtain it (Conspiracy!)

Myself (Lorainne/Tsurana), together with Gahalla and Lexgrad, will be organising this OOC.
IC, however, I am not sure what the others are doing.

On a side note, I'll be sure to put up a 'proper' thread soon, following tomorrow's Council meeting.

EDIT:

Could we say that the famine 'started' last week Tuesday, when the first harvests in both Duskwood and Westfall had failed?
I say Tuesday because Lexgrad suggested that we should keep this Famine updated weekly during the Council meeting.

I've been mentioning the harvest IC, a few times, for about two weeks now. But it's a slow build up. I'd say technically it has started but the gears driving it are big and heavy and they don't announce their movement with a salute and fanfare.

Indeed this week will be the report of like 75% of the harvest. So there is still food for now. Think of it like the credit crunch, it started but was some time before people realised. However the powers that be know that there is going to be a shortage and im sure the farming community know it is trouble ahead.

The name is due to it being discussed first in the SW community section. it has been moved twice already XD. There is an IC verson to.
