The singleplayer was bit of a "meh" to me, but the multiplayer is good, indeed.

Once ive massed a small peasant army, i get cocky and charge at he the first lord i see.

Step by step guide to perfect army in M&B Warband singleplayer:
1. Go Swadia.
2. Recruit peasants.
3. Get money.
4. Upgrade them 'till they hit knights.
5. When you've 50 Swadian Knights or so, steamroll anything you see.

I once beat a Nord campaign of 700 men with 50 Swadian Knights and 20 Mercenary Cavalry. Was a bloody and long fight, but definitely worth it.

Playing as Japan now.. I'm 30 military points short of being able to civilize. I rule Korea, Japan and Brunei. China got itself into a very nice war with the UK.. I'm actually -happy- the UK is invading China and thus increasing its strength in Asia. Why? Because their war aim is to cut down China.. I can only profit from that with my 120thousand troops stationed in Korea, though I'll still be horribly outnumbered.

It's fairly fun from what I've seen on the beta so far, yea. Haven't reached a decision yet on wether or not I'll actually end up buying it, will see after the next Beta phase. Their timing's a little meh though, had it been released start this month instead of march, I'd have given it a go in a heartbeat; but my god, the flood of games that's being thrown at us march and onward is pretty crazy. Some nine titles in just three months <.> Least that gives a certain room for selection till Q3 of the year, with the most anticipated:



Purely MMO-wise, rooting for GW2. Have the creeping feeling that tOR is going to fall a little short of the expectations. We'll see.

It's pretty cool as it keeps G.B. from becoming the huge and unbeatable monster, while adding a good few events, redoing how the 3 powers are calculated and how mobilization are calculated as well.

To those who play V2, you really should try it :3

Now at 60 warscore, managed somehow to get my budget back afloat.. THEN THE CHINESE CAME. MY GOD. I have 150,000 men in North-Korea just watching the fucking border. I'm hemorrhaging $500 a day. My navy is blockading the entire Chinese coast and the US isn't sending any help whatsoever. Worse yet, the US is the one who can make a peace treaty, not me.

For my first try in Victoria 2 I'm playing it safe and picked Belgium. I've got the hang of the basics and relishing my awesome economy, all my people are getting their luxury needs so I put the tax slider to the maximum and let the money roll in.

Just began colonising yesterday, firstly by building the Panama and Suez canals, giving me my first footholds in America and Africa. I then started to colonise north west Africa next to my French and British Allies forming Belgian Africa and still expanding.

But then those damn Ethiopians started harassing my buddy Egypt so I conquered Ethiopia and claimed it for the Belgian Empire!
