You need flashier advertisement and early-enough bumping. I'll be missing this for being unaware of the event and having already booked other things for it.

By no means do I intend disrespect towards the organizer, but the event simply have not been running for long enough for it to become a second habit for myself to expect it. As a person who does not roleplay actively around Stormwind, but reads forums more or less daily, a 'bump' 3-4 days before would've been great, but that is just me personally.
